Location Lachania
Lachania is considered one of the most beautiful villages on Rhodes and remains a true insider tip. Casa Carma I, II & III is situated right in the historic village center, where whitewashed houses, narrow alleys, and rustic tavernas define the authentic charm of the place.
Within just five minutes you’re by the sea, enjoying one of the expansive beaches of the island’s south. In the evenings, beach bars such as Mojito, Votsalo, or Mosa Beach Bar invite you to relax with a drink right by the water.
South Rhodes Region
While the northern half of the island is noticeably busier, the south offers a completely different atmosphere: spacious, relaxed, and still wonderfully authentic. Even in the height of summer, the region remains pleasantly calm.
Those who appreciate the original Greek way of life will find quiet bays, rarely visited beaches, and villages with warm, welcoming tavernas. Culturally, South Rhodes also has plenty to offer: a visit to Lindos and its famous Acropolis is considered a must for many guests.
Activities
Sailing, diving, surfing, kitesurfing, hiking, horseback riding — everything is within easy reach.
At the very south of the island, Prasonisi attracts windsurfers and kitesurfers from all over the world. From Kiotari, sailing trips along the coastline depart regularly, while divers can explore a secluded shipwreck near Plimiri.
We share many more recommendations — from beaches and restaurants to hidden nature spots — with our guests in our Welcome Book, which we send out before arrival.
